This is a mandatory 3 class introduction to CrossFit. You’ll learn the 9 essential CrossFit movements, including the air squat, front squat, overhead squat, shoulder press, push press, push jerk, medicine ball clean, deadlift and sumo-deadlift high-pull. In addition, the On-Ramp program will introduce new members to technical olympic lifts such as the clean & jerk and snatch. We will also focus on kipping.
The goal is to give new members the opportunity to increase their fitness conditioning so that they feel comfortable and confident when starting classes with our current members. There will be a workout at the end of each class.
Classes meet Tuesdays and Thursdays times at 7:00 PM. There is also an On-Ramp class at 9:30 am on Saturdays.

Most athletes choose to come 2-3 days per week with this option.
The unlimited option gives you access to all classes for an entire month. We do not charge extra for Open Gym times or specialty classes (Oly Lifting/Strongman).
This level allows couples or family members to train unlimited for within the month purchased.
